Came to know last night that GDC is being promoted to COO of CIMA.
Whoa! that is quite an achievement. He has eventually reached the pinnacle of his ambition. Must congratulate him. He deserve it. The top guys have made a good decision.
Wonder who will be heading the Sales and Marketing...
This is the sign of another great organisational restructuring.
Sincerely hope the restructuring will take into account the upward movement and promotions of people are really justifiable and thoroughly weighted...
No more based on capabilities of talking out loud in meetings or apple polishing.
The organisation needs able, capable, experience and trustworthy individual who will then develop enterprising team to achieve higher goals and objectives.
